Following your consultation, A block of 4 sessions is usually needed to focus on a specific fear or phobia. This booking secures your appointment for 4 consecutive weeks at a time convenient to you. Once you've booked the initial appointment I will contact you to confirm the following 3 appointments. This block booking also saves £20.

Cancellation Policy

Please note; Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hrs will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hrs the full fee will be charged.
