Initial Consultation

Service Description

Initially we'll get to know each other and discuss what you'd like help with, what you'd like to achieve and focus on any future goals you may have. I will explain in detail how the brain works and how we can get trapped in unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, but also how hypnotherapy can help you overcome them. We'll discuss how hypnotherapy works, what to expect from a Hypnotherapy session and how it can help you. It's a very informative and positive process. The consultation gives a complete insight into how my services can work for you and how we can get you back on track as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Please note; Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hrs will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hrs the full fee will be charged.
