Hypnotherapy Session

Service Description

These sessions are designed to help with a wide range of issues, from anxiety & depression to weight management and even chronic pain! to name but a few. You will need to book an initial consultation to begin with and this will help me personalise your hypnotherapy sessions and focus on how we can reach your goals in the most effective way. I will then book you in for regular hypnotherapy sessions. You will receive a recording to listen to in between sessions and this will help you through your journey to achieve the goals we set. This is a hugely positive and enjoyable experience and you will not regret taking that first step to making your life a happier and healthier one.

Cancellation Policy

Please note; Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hrs will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hrs the full fee will be charged.
